How long will my course take?

That depends on your individual situation but most take between 6 and 12 months.

What do I need to do?

Initially, we need some digital scans and photographs to begin planning your case. Once that is done there is an appointment at which we prepare your teeth- this can involve adding small amounts of white filling to certain teeth to allow the aligners to move them in specific directions.

How often do I wear them?

You will need to wear aligners for 20-22 hours per day, meaning basically, you just take them out to eat. The first week takes a little getting used to, but after that, it becomes very easy and routine. You will swap to the next aligners in the sequence generally after two weeks until you complete the entire course.
